934 North Branch is a 3.25 acre riverfront land site with over 300′ of Chicago River Frontage, formerly home to the Goose Island Boatyard. R2 acquired the site in 2014 in a sale lease-back. In 2017, zoning changes in the area allowed for new uses, including office, restaurant and retail.
