79 West Monroe is the Historic Landmark Rector Building in Chicago’s CBD Loop Submarket. The building was approved in 2025 for a 115 unit office to residential conversion project which will deliver in 2026.

On the the lower half of the building R2 successfully built-out the Intrinsic School, an award winning Charter School that was a 60,000 SF lease that required working with The City of Chicago.
