19 North Sangamon served as a unique incubator space for start-up businesses. R2 purchased this building in a short sale, closing in 30 days. R2 conducted a gut renovation of property and fully leased it to R2 and three other companies. The property was sold in 2013 to “Tasty-Trade” a Chicago-based trading and media firm.
